    Fern Elizabeth Loughner, 212 Eighth St., Windber, Pa., former resident of the Irwin community, died suddenly in Windber Hospital Tuesday (Aug. 8, 1972). She was born Aug. 4, 1902 in Irwin, the daughter of the late Charles S. and S. Elizabeth Keihl Loughner, and was a retired supervisor for Mason Felix Beauty Culture School, New Kensington. Surviving are one brother, Gaylord S. Loughner, Straw Pump. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Irwin.
