Source:History of the town of Stonington, county of New London, Connecticut, from its first settlement in 1649 to 1900 : with a genealogical register of Stonington families (243118), p. 564, names this child, and the earlier one having the same name, as "Edna" with no indication of its sex. However, town and church records of Dorchester clearly use "Ezbon" and label these two children as sons. Cutter spells it "Esbon".
