She was born Nov. 13, 1921, in Jeannette, the daughter of the late Thomas and Kathryn Zewe Loughner. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Jeannette. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Oesterling, in 1978; and a brother, Harvey L. Loughner. Surviving are a daughter, Kathryn O. Henry and husband, Francis, of New Stanton; two grandsons, Christopher and Nathan Henry; and several nieces and nephews.
