According to the Sallie DeWitt 1981 Genealogy, she was shown as E.A.E. Simpson in the Vest family Bible. Her husband called her "Mandy". She had eight children by her husband Richard, and died five weeks after the birth of her son, Montie Paul Vest, of a condition called "Milk Leg". At the time of her death, her oldest son Mike (James Mchael) was married, and her daughter Lizzie was 21, and married the following year. E.A.E. (Simpson) Vest is Interred at Lowe's Creek Cemetery, in Franklin County, Arkansas.
