1870 Census
Emma Smith is living with Soloman and Amarillue (?) Harvey and their son Percy Harvey in Charlotte, Chataqua, New York. Emma is the only 15 year old in this area born in WI.
As further evidence, the 1880 census for Soloman Harvey shows him in Waterford, Erie, PA, widowed and living with his son Percy. The rest of the Austin family was in Waterford by that time.
Need to find the Harvey/Smith/Austin connection.
