    Payment of expenses, bills and debts
    Residue of estate, to be equally divided between my wie Emma McWhorter and my son John F. McWhorter, share and share alike
    and to my wife Emma, in lieu of dower, 1/2 of clar rental proeeds of my farm on which I now reside and also the privilege of management of said farm
    to my son John F. McWhorter [the other have of above]
