    Birth: Sep. 20, 1832
    Death: Oct. 27, 1913
    The Idaho Post, Moscow, Idaho, October 30, 1913: "Mrs. Elvira Danley [sic], widow of the late John Danley, of this city, was born in the state of New York, September 20th, 1832, and died in Moscow October 27th, 1913, aged 81 years, one month and seven days. The departed, whose maiden name was Howard, was grown to young womanhood when she left the state of her birth and came westward to Michigan, and later from there to Illinois, where, on July 18th, 1859 she was married to John Danley, her life companion for 52 years, and who has gone on just a little before to their eternal home, and is there to welcome her coming. ..."

    Inscription:
    Mother. Aged 81 yrs, 1 mo, 7 dys. In labor and in love allied. In death they sleep side by side. Resting in peace - the aged twain, till Christ shall raise them up again.
