Obituary MRS. WILLIAM G. WELCH

 Mrs. Ella Hoover Welch, 86, of Springfiled, formerly of the Youngstown area, died Tuesday at the Ohio Masonic Home in Springfield, where she had been a resident since Sept. 29, 1968.
 Mrs. Welch was born in Cornersburg, May 30, 1881, a daughter of John M.  and Lucy Hoover.  She lived in Detroit and Cleveland before returning to her home on Ohltown Road.
 She was a member of the Ohltown Methodist Churchand on its Official Board, and was a Sunday School teacher.  She also was a member of Eastern Star and Meander Grange 2614.
 Besides her husband, William G. Welch, to whom she was married in 1926, she leaves a sister, Mrs. E. Traut of Youngstown and a brother, Roy E. Hoover in Arizona.
 Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Ohio Masonic Home with interment in the Masonic Cemetery, Springfield.
