In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Arnold of Southam in the county of Warwick widow being of disposing Mind Memory and Understanding Praised be to Almighty God for the same Do make ordain and publish this my last will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) First I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my son son Nathaniel Arnold my pew in the church of Southam the pictures in the Parlour my Bible Clock large Pewter Dish and large Table in the parlour. And I give and Bequeath all and every my Household Goods Implements of Household Furniture Plate Linnen Brass Pewter and Brewing Utensils wearing Apparel and all my Monies and securities for money and all other my Estate and Effects of what Nature Kind or Sort soever or wheresoever which I may be possessed of interested in or any wise intitled unto at the time of my Decease unto my two Daughters Martha Cooke and Elizabeth Jordan to be equally divided between them share and share alike. And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Son Nathaniel Arnold sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all and every former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made I do hereby declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament In Testimony whereof I the said Elizabeth Arnold the Testatrix have hereunto set and put my Hand and Seal the Eighteenth day of November in the Year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety six [mark X of Eliz. Arnold] Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Elizabeth Arnold the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other of us have hereunto subscribed our Names as witnesses
