Suffolk IGI gives surname as SIMONS. Entry of marriage in Wrentham parish register uses the spelling SIMONS but her signature in the register is SIMMONS.
The record of her son Wilby's marriage at Kingston Church, Glasgow, uses yet another version of her maiden surname in the form of SIMMONDS.
Her death on 27 April 1864 at Gisleham was registered in theRegistration District of Mutford and Lothingland in the Sub-district of Kessingland in the County of Suffolk. Her age was given as 65. She was listed as the wife of John Rackham, Shoemaker, and her son Edward Rackham was "in attendance" at her death. Her burial is listed in the Parish Records of Gisleham, entry No. 182, for the year 1863 / 64, on 3rd May 1864.
