After William died, Elizabeth remarried, 18 Nov 1669 in Plymouth, Jacob Cooke who had been born in Holland in 1618 (came in the Ann) and was the son of Mayflower passenger Francis Cooke.

She married (3) Plymouth 1 January 1688/9 Hugh Cole [PVR 85]. “Elizabeth the wife of Mr. Hugh Cole” died at Swansea on 31 October 1693 [SwVR 27].
