Her son has told me that at the time of her death, "she was living at Wesley Ridge Assisted Living Facility" which is in Reynoldsburg, Franklin County, Ohio. Since Raynoldsburg stretches across 3 counties, a map was used to determine which county the home is in. This agrees with the last residence information in the SSDI. Ashtabula County is not even close.
