From Betty Wollschlager Neal (April 2002): I believe my parents Clara [Schmidt] and Emil Wollschlager lived in same house with my grandmother Elizabeth [Fassnacht] Schmidt (Smith) at 80 Cayuga St. They had to move out when the city of Buffalo exercized the right of eminent domain to buy the property to enlarge public school #39. They then bought a new double flat at 443 Lisbon Avenue, moving about when I was 3 or 4 (Abt. 1924). My grandmother took ill with pneumonia and died several months after the mov
