Daily Times-News, The Monday, February 04, 1974 Elizabeth RICH HAW RIVER Mrs.. Elizabeth Douglas Danieley RICH. 57, Route 1, died Saturday afternoon in a Greensboro hospital after a long illness. She was a native of Alamance County and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs.. William and Mary Garrison Douglas. She was a member of the Bellemont United Church of Christ and was employed by Kayser-Roth Hosiery in the throwing division. Survivors include her husband. J. ROY RICH: daughter. Mrs.. Bill Miller. Haw River; step-sons. James and Gary RICH, both of Burlington: sisters. Mrs.. Celia Hodge. Elon College, and Mrs.. Elma Carpenter. Houston. Tex.: brothers. Jake and Buck Douglas, both of Burlington, and Bill Douglas. Graham: and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. today from the Haw River United Church of Christ with the Rev. James Rosser and the Rev. Hoyt Cheek officiating. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery. Lowe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
