Because she shows up as Elizabeth Betz in the Forest Lawn burial records, I am assuming she never married. This was confirmed by the obituary of her brother, John C. Betz, November 28, 1921, in which it is mentioned that he is survived by his sister, Elizabeth M. Betz.
