A good candidate death certificate seems like that of Eliza Willey, in Barnstead, NH. Indicated as a widow, born about 1815, and died 9 Feb 1894. However, just such an Eliza appears in Find A Grave, with a photo, indicating her to be wife of Jacob Willey.
