Myers in Autauga County, Alabama on 05 Apr 1838. [Source:Ancestry.com; Alabama Marriages, 1809-1920 (Selected Counties)] Lucinda Myers Stacks was born about 1819 in Georgia. Lucinda is possibly an aunt or cousin of Elijah Coker.

Transcription of the Will of E. M. Coker
In the name of God Amen I E. M. Coker of Union County Mississippi being of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in form following to wit.
I give my body to the dust and my soul to God who gave it. My property or worldly estate I dispose of as follows:
- Item first I give to my Son Clyde Coker part of the plantation on which I reside to with the West half of the North East quarter of Section Eleven of Township Seven of Range three East And the East-half of the South East quarter of Section Two of Township Seven of Range three East All in Union County Mississippi to have and to hold for ever in fee simple. I also give my son Clyde Coker one mule named Lottie and all the farming implements And all the wheel vehicles that may be on the [sic] at my death.
- And I give to my daughter Nettie Coker the West Seventy Six acres of South East quarter of Section Two of Township Seven of Range three East In Union County Mississippi to have and to hold for ever in fee simple. I also give Nettie Coker the Organ And a mule or horse as the case may be at my death.
- And all the notes that I hold against T. M. Coker, J. B. Robbins, A. L. Stevenson, and D. W. Coker or any other that may hereafter come into possession from any of my heirs who are entitle [sic] to any share in my estate shall be taken in payment of there [sic] Interest in my estate at face value with all Interest that may accrue there on.
- And I hereby constitute and appoint T. M. Coker my executor to carry out this my last will and testament. And in the event of the death inability or refusal to carry out the foregoing will and testament Then a majority of the said heirs may select any one of there [sic] number to carry out this my last-will and testament said executor shall give bond and security for the faithful performance of the same. Bond to be made to the heirs in general and said executors shall have have [sic] power to sell my Bank stock and collect any and all debts that may be due me without administration in the courts. In testimony where of I have hear [sic] written signed and sealed this my last will and testament with my own hand for the purposes there in set forth this Feb the 21st 1903.
