Will of Edward Spencer
- Pages 323-324. Will of Edward Spencer of the Parish of St. Thomas and County of Orange, being sick and weak of body, dated 5 Oct. 1761.
- Unto my mother Eliza. Spencer the land whereon I now live during her natural live during her natural life and after her decease to my brother Jos. Spencer.
- To my sister Winifred Spencer my black mare named Filly.
- All the rest of my estate be kept together during my mother's life and then to be equally divided between my brother and sisters.
- My loving brother Joseph Spencer executor and my sister Catherine Spencer executrix.
