Will of Edward Spencer

Pages 323-324. Will of Edward Spencer of the Parish of St. Thomas and County of Orange, being sick and weak of body, dated 5 Oct. 1761.
Unto my mother Eliza. Spencer the land whereon I now live during her natural live during her natural life and after her decease to my brother Jos. Spencer.
To my sister Winifred Spencer my black mare named Filly.
All the rest of my estate be kept together during my mother's life and then to be equally divided between my brother and sisters.
My loving brother Joseph Spencer executor and my sister Catherine Spencer executrix.
