    Edward C. Rentz died yesterday at his residence, 518 East Sixth Street, Newport, following several months' illness. Until his retirement several months ago Mr. Rentz had been traffic manager of the Globe-Wernicke Company, Norwood, for 28 years. He was past President and one of the organizers of the Cincinnati Traffic Club. His widow, Mrs. Eva Meehan Rentz; one daughter, Mrs. Eugene Mountel; one son, William Rentz; a sister, Mrs. M. C. Gosiger, and one grandson, all of Newport, survive him. Requiem high mass will be said at the Immaculate Conception Church, Newport, Saturday. Burial will be in St. Stephen's Cemetery.
