His will, dated 27 May, 1738, proved 26 Dec., 1748, mentions himself as of Boxford; wife, Jane; sons John, Benjamin, Samuel and Israel; daughters _____ Jewett, Hannah Greenleaf, and Hepsibah; son-in-law Nathaniel Perkins to be executor (Essex Probate. 328:285).
