William Sargent, and d. 8 Mar. 1711, aged 79. EDWARD,[1] Haverhill 1646, perhaps m. a d. of Walter Tibbets of Gloucester, wh. calls him s.-in-law, names John and Joseph, prob. s. was a carpenter, and may have been in 1652 of Kennebunk, made freem. of Mass. 1653, and prob. in 1663 rem. to New Hampsh. But the true bapt. name, as by Hist. Coll. of Essex Inst. I. 9, is prov. was Edmund, the same person as the preced."
