Byers.... was president.” The operation was a financial failure and was sold, at a loss to its directors. The LDS site lists Ebenezer as AFN:S2K3-JV and correctly lists John Byers and Jane Porter as his parents. They list his birth as abt. 1837 in Mercer, PA.
