Dorothy M. Ankener, 68, of Wofford Heights, California, formerly of Salisbury, died March 17, 1987. She was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin K. and Ella (Reitz) Rumiser, and one sister, Thelma Pickens of Washington, Pa.She is survived by her husband, Henry Ankener, of Wofford Heights; one daughter, Wanda (Ackerman) Beal, of Grantsville, Md,; and these sisters: Florence Rumiser, of Washington; Margaret Grace Ghrist, of Arizona; Mary Swauger, of Ohio; and Betty Cowan, of Washington. She is also survived by four grandchildren: Deborah Beachy, Richard Beal, Michael Beal, all of Grantsville, Md.; and Lisa Beal, of Cumberland, Md.; and four great grandchildren. She was retired from McDonald Douglas Air Craft, Long Beach, California.
