CLYMER - Dorris K. Heslink, 79, of 1189 Clymer-Sherman Road, Clymer, died at 3:20 p.m. Friday (Dec. 12, 2003) in the WCA Hospital.  
She was born Dec. 13, 1923, in Corry, Pa., the daughter of Homer and Marian Raymond Kolstee. 

She was a 60-year member of the Clymer Hill Reformed Church, a member of the Faith at Work and Sunshine Circle of the church, and had taught Sunday school. She was also custodian of the church for 20 years. She was a former chairwoman and co-chairwoman for the Clymer Tulip Festival. She enjoyed her family, her flowers, birds and her home, and one of her gifts was that of hospitality shown to all. She is survived by her husband, Ivan Heslink of Clymer, with whom she celebrated her 60th wedding anniversary on Oct. 28; three sons: Kenton and Paul, both of Clymer, and Dennis Heslink of North Clymer; 11 grandchildren: Steven, Stacey, Christopher, Marc, Jonathan and Andrew Heslink all of Clymer, Kristen Purcell of Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, Nathan Heslink of Arlington, Va., Matthew Heslink of Lake Tahoe, Nev., Joshua Heslink of Cornell, and Adam Heslink of Cobleskill; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers: James Kolstee, who died Oct. 15, 1983, and John Kolstee, who died March 22, 1993. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Clymer Hill Reformed Church. The Revs. Michael and Erin Beckerink, pastors of the church, will officiate. Burial will be in Holland Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the Spitzer Funeral Home, Clymer. Memorials may be made to the Clymer Hill Reformed Church.
