    [Note: the Stone Genealogy doesn't mention this issue with the records, it merely gives the date 11 Apr 1725 for Dorcas' birth. Presumably the gender was inserted by the compilers based on the name, but given the name was apparently read wrong (albeit a similar looking name), that the gender is wrong is not thought meaningful. The age at death doesn't correlate great, but another child is born to this couple in 1727, so that discrepancy appears to be normal imprecision of age at death values.]

On 6 Jun 1753, Benjamin Stow and wife Dorcas of Harvard joined in a quitclaim with other heirs in favor of Ephraim Stone.
