Daniel Walker died intestate [without will] in Rhea County, Tennessee. The Administrator of his Estate was his eldest surviving son, John Walker, as his eldest son Charles Walker had died in 1815. His Estate Inventory was listed in Rhea County, Tennessee Will Book A, pg. 260, November 1834 Session:
