    Daniel Veatch (d. Jul 1806) married 1788 at Harrod’s Station, Lincoln County, Kentucky to Mrs. Charity Baker (b. 22 Apr 1769, d. 6 Feb 1850).
    Eleven D. Veach stated on 20 April 1853 that his father Daniel enlisted in Maryland, served “upwards of two years” until the close of the War, in the same company as his older brother Elijah, who drew a pension in Kentucky in 1826. E. D. Veatch lived in Woodford County, Kentucky in 1826.
