Daniel3 Tenney (Daniel, Thomas), born 2 Mar., 1689-90; married (int. in Newbury, 28 Nov., 1711) Priscilla, daughter of John Wood. … He married (2) in Newbury, 2 Jan., 1721-2, Elizabeth, daughter of John Bailey. He was of Newbury, Nov., 1711, but soon after removed to Rowley, where he died 21 Mar., 1756. His will, dated 22 Apr., 1752, mentions wife, Elizabeth; son Nathaniel, all the real estate, and 'my right in the corn mill'; sons Stephen and Daniel; daughters Bethia Plummer and Sarah Brocklebank (Essex Probate, 333:456)."

    "Daniel Tenney, born in Rowley, Mass., 2 March, 1689-90, son of Daniel and Elizabeth (Stickney); married Priscilla Wood at Newbury, Mass, 28 November, 1711. … Residence, Bradford, where they 'were admitted to full communion' of the First Church, 1 November, 1713. (Church Manual.) He married, 2 January, 1721-22, his second wife, Elizabeth Bailey of Newbury, Mass, by John Dummer, Esq. (Town Record.) He removed to Rowley, … In 1735 he received on the right of his father, from the Narragansett land grant, lot No. 7. (Vol. 22, p. 277, Archives.) Mr. Tenney died 21 March, 1756. His will was dated 22 April, 1752, and proved 12 April, 1756, viz.: 'Daniel Tenney, yeoman, being ill and weak of Body.' To his wife Elizabeth he gives one half of the buildings and one half of the income of the real estate during widowhood. To son Nathaniel all land and buildings in Rowley and elsewhere, and 'my right in the corn mill and all movable estate'; he to pay all honest debts, funeral charges, and said legacies. Appointed executor. 'To son Stephen, £40; to son Daniel, £26.13s.4d.; to daughter Bethiah Plummer, £4.12s.8d. and a mourning sute; to daughter Sarah Brocklebank, £5.9s.4d. and a mourning sute.' Witnesses, John Bailey, Jeremiah Burpee, and Elizabeth Bailey. (Essex Probate, 333:456.)"
