    "Funeral services for Daniel E. Ross.23 years old who died at the Methodist Hospital in Houston Friday;May 19,1967 were arranged by Blackwell Funeral Home and held at 4.00 p.m Sunday at Central Baptist Church.Interment followed in Luling Tx cemtery with Rev.John Weston officiating.
    Pallbearers were James Bell,Charles Bullock,Bub Davis,Lin Smith,James Powell and Allen Davis.
    Daniel E.Ross son of Worth and Foy Davis Ross,was born in Luling Tx November 8,1943.On April 2,1963 he and Sara Billings Ross were united in marriage.He had been living in Huntsville Tx for three years where he was a student at Sam Houston State College.He was a member of the Methodist Church.Many friends here will greatly miss him.
    Survivors include his wife,his mother,Mrs Floy Davis Peirce, one brother Worth Ross of Richmond Tx. His father preceded him in death.
