In the Name of God Amen. The Seventeenth Day of June one Thousand Seven Hundred & Sixty Nine, I Daniel Moore of Sudbury, in the County of Middlesex within his Majesties Province of the Massachusetts Bay in New England, Yeoman, Being advanced in age, but of perfect mind & memory, Thanks be Given to God, therefore Calling Unto mind the Mortallity of my Body & Knowing that it is appointed for all men once to Dye, Do make & ordain this my Last Will & Testament, that is to Say, Principally & first of all, I Give & Recommend my Soul into the Hands of God that gave it and my Body I Recommend to the Earth, to be Buried in Decent Christian Burial at the Discretion of my hereafter named Executors, Nothing Doubting but at the General Resurrection I Shall Receive the Same again by the mighty power of God, and as Touching Such Worldly Estate whose will it hath pleased God to Bless me in this Life, I Give, Devise and Dispose of the same in the following manner and form, after my Just Debts and funeral charges are paid.

Item. I give and bequeath to my Dutifull Eldest Son Daniel Moore the one Half of all my Lands Orchard & Meadow that I have in Sudbury also the one half of my Dwelling House & half my Barn allso one half of all my Husbandry Tools & the Eutansels [utensils] for husbandry allso the one Half of my Quick Stock also the one Half of my indore movables allso the one half of all my Personal Estate free and Clear to him his Heirs and assigns forever.

Item. I give and bequeath to my Dutifull son Israel Moore the one Half of all my Lands Orchard & Meadow that I have in Sudbury also one half of my Dwelling House & half my Barn Allso one half of all my husbandry Tools & Eutansels [utensils] for Husbandry allso the the [sic] one Half of my Quick Stock allso the one Half of all my Indore movables allso the one half of all my Personal Estate free and Clear to him his Heirs & assigns forever.

Item. I give and bequeath to my Daughter Abigail Larnard Deceased to her Children the Sum of Thirteen pounds five shillings and eight pence Lawfull money, to be Equally Divided Between them to be paid by my Executors, within one year after my Deceas which shall be, with what my Daughter Abigail Larnard has allready had, their full part out of my Estate.

Item. I Give and bequeath to my Daughters Mary Billing, Thirteen pounds five shillings & Eight pence of Lawfull money to be paid her by my Executors in one year after my Deceas, which shall be with what she has allredy had, her full porction out of my Estate.

Item. I Give and bequeath to my Daughter Eunice Underwood Five shillings Lawfull money, to be paid her in one year after my Deceas, which shall be with what she hath allready had, her full porction out of my Estate.

Item. I Give and Bequeath to the Children of my Daughter Eunice Underwood Thirteen pounds one shilling & Eight pence Lawfull money, to be paid them by my Executors in one year after my Deceas, to be Equally Divided Between them which with what my Daughter Eunice Underwood has allready had, is to be their full part out of my Estate.

Item. I Give & bequeath to my Son Daniel Moore & to my Son Israel Moore Whom I Likewise Constitute make & Ordain Joynt Executors of this my Last will & Testament all the right in Lands and or Buildings that I Shall Dye Seized & Possessed of Not Before Willed & Bequeathed & to be Equally Divided Between them & their Heirs for Ever; And I Do here by Utterly Disalow Revoke and Disannul all and Every other former Testaments Wills Leagacies & Bequests and Executors by me in any way Before Named Willed & bequeathed Rattifying & Confirming this & no other to be my last Will and Testament.
