- To wife the use of the house in which I now reside.
- To son Ebenezer the land and premises on which I now reside except to my wife for her life.
- I have already given to my other children what I was able to, except my three daughters, Peggy, Becky and Betsy, and to these I devise all the residue of my estate.
- To Polly and Sally, my daughters, I devise the property willed to my wife at her death, except the house, which goes to Ebenezer.
- Written, Dec. 21, 1807.

- Probated June 19, 1809
