  • LAND ENTRY BOOK NO. 1, AUGUSTA COUNTY. 1750, November 29th--Daniel Henderson, 100 (acres), on Spring Creek, joining Hugh Diver's entry of this date, two rights; 100, on Dry River Bottom, at a place called the Pond, two rights; 50 on Bever Creek, at the Big Spring, with one right.
  • 7th August, 1761 - 650 acres on Beaver and Spring Creek were patented to Daniel Henderson, (as listed in land records below).

On 6th June, 1773, Robert conveyed to his brother, John, above, 675 acres hereafter conveyed, but before deed was fully proven the time expired in which it could be proved and title remains in Robert, although, but John has in the meantime sold 100 acres to Abraham Smith and Abraham Henderson; now convey 650 acres on Bever Creek and Spring Creek.
