Acquisition of Land in Virginia:
- 23 August 1779 - Nathaniel Scott acknowledges his deed and bargain of sale to Daniel Frailey and wife Elizabeth dated.

Disposition of Land in Virginia:
- Daniel Frailey deeded the 12 acres on Smith's Creek to his son William on August 28th 1796. {Note: William later sold this land on August 27th 1808 to Sarah Johnson of Rockingham County. The transaction was recorded in Augusta County, Virginia].
Will of Daniel Frailey
- Know all whom it may concern that I Daniel Fraley of the County of Hopkins and state of Kentucky being common health both of mind and body yet not knowing the day of my death and that it is appointed to all men once to die for better regulation and despose of my temporal concerns after my decease do constitute and make this and none other my last will and testament and do hereby dispose of my temporal concerns as follows.
- First I give my body to the dust, to be burried in a christian like manner and my soul into the hand of God who gave it.
- Second I give and bequeath unto my well beloved wife Milly Frailey my tracts of land where upon I now live, being and laying in the county Hopkins. Together with the slaves[to wit] George Arman and Dyce and her children, together with all stock of horses, cattle, sheep and hogs, together with all my household and kitchen furniture and plantation utinsels and wagon and gear and in case the stock of any kind should increase so as to over stock in a way that they cannot be provided for sufficiently, they shall be sold off, but nothing to be destroyed [that is] the stock of cattle and only sold off as necessity requires, for and during her natural life.
- Thirdly I desire that all my suplus property not other wise disposed of to be sold and the money arising from the sale thereof together with that which is to collect if any and all money arising from the sale or sales from time to time to be put out on interest or equally divided between my legatees hereafter mentioned.
- Fourthly I give and bequeath unto my well beloved son William Frailey one dollar in money, having formerly given him Lands, Mills and etc. to the amount of Five Hundred pounds.
- Fifthly It is futher my will and pleasure that after the decease of my bbeloved wife that all of my lands, negroes, horses, cattle, hogs, sheep, wagon and gear, household and kitchen furniture to be sold and the money arising from the sale together with that which may be on interest, if any to be divided equally between my children or their heirs hereafter mentioned, [that is] between John Frailey or his lawful heirs, Rebecca Walton or her lawful heirs, Elizabeth Griggs or her lawful heirs and Rachel Burrass or her lawful heirs for each and every one to have an equal part and that they shall pay unto my well beloved daughter Polly Weaver the sum of fifty dollars so soon as it can be collected.
- Lastly, I do also hereby appoint my well beloved wife Millie Frailey and my son-in-law William Griggs or the survivor of them to be my true and lawful Executors of this my last and will and testament hereby revoking all former Wills which may have been made or executed.

Deed, 2d January, 1822, by Sarah Johnson, of Augusta, to Daniel Mathews, of Rockingham; above 12 acres. Recorded in Rockingham, 9th May, 1822. Deed, 19th December, 1803, by Benjamin Tallman and wife, Dinah, of Rockingham, to John Depo; 150 acres, parts of two tracts; 36 acres in part of 182 acres, conveyed by Ann Tallman to Benjamin by deed 25th April, 1796, part of 290 acres conveyed by Joseph Conrad, son and heir of George Conrad, to Ann Tallman, 26th June, 1792; part of 590 acres patented to said George, 11th December, 1780, the remaining 114 acres are part of said 290 acres conveyed by said Joseph to Ann, and also of 45 acres conveyed by said Joseph to said Ann part of 75 acres, part of 144 acres patented to John Needham, 3d August, 1771, and by his daughter Eleanor, heiress-at-law, conveyed to said George, 26th March, 1781. The 144 acres conveyed to Benjamin, 8th December, 1803. Recorded in Rockingham, December, 1803. Deed, 25th August, 1783, by Zebulon Harrison and wife, Margaret, of Rockingham, to Benjamin Tallman, 165 acres on Smith's Creek. Recorded in Rockingham, 25th August, 1783.

- 24 January 1807 - Land Survey, Warren County, Kentucky - Daniel Fraley, 300 acres, Water course Tammels Creek. [Kentucky Land Grants Book 26 page 351].
- 15 December 1815 - Daniel Frailey applied to the Kentucky land office for a land warrant. He was issued warrant no. 193 in Hopkins County, Kentucky December 30th 1815. He entered 100 acres of land on the waters of Otter Creek, beginning at a black oak, hickory and gum standing in a military line and corner of Benjamin Reynold's 400 acres survey running north 35 degrees, west 130 poles to a white oak and hickory, thence north 55 degrees east 124 poles and at right angles around to the beginning.
