John Hind and Jean ( ), of Augusta, to Daniel Denison, £148, 330 acres patented to John Hind, 6th April, 1769, on Muddy Creek of North River of Shanandore, on Dry River. Teste: Elijah McClenachan, John King, John Mophet. Delivered: George Eyry, of Rockingham County, present owner, 13th March, 1821.

Daniel Denison (Danston) and Elizabeth ( ) to Joseph Bell. £220, 300 acres conveyed to Daniel Denison, deceased, by Beverley, 10th April, 1739, and devised to grantor, Daniel, by Daniel, deceased, on a branch of Lewis Creek, corner Petter Hog, Andrew Lewis' line.
