    "2. Daniel Buckingham s of Thomas and Hannah was born August 1636 and died 2 May 1712 (gravestone record)."

    There is some doubt about the stated date of birth. See TAG 13:206-07. The gravestone inscription says he died 2 May 1712 age 75.

    "Daniel Buckingham, eldest son of Thomas and Hannah Buckingham, born in England in 1636, … was a sergeant of the militia; was admitted to the communion of the church, March 28, 1665, and was ordained ruling elder June 4, 1667, which office he held until his death, which took place May 2, 1712, at the age of 76.
