• Vol. 1 - MARCH 21, 1759. - (236) Margaret Cancill refuses to qualify as admx. of her husband, Conrad Cancill, which is so inconsiderable that the Sheriff is ordered to sell it.

• Vol. 1 - MAY AND NOVEMBER, 1759 (A). Margaret Cancill, relict of Conrad Cancill, refuses to administer, and Court orders Sheriff to sell personality at public auction. March Ct., 1759.
