Obituary

CLAYTON M. MOYER

   Clayton M. Moyer, 68, of 3421 State Route 5, Ravenna, district manager of Modern Woodmen Accident and Life Insurance Co. in Portage and Trumbull Counties, died early today in Robinson Memorial Hospital.
   His death followed a period of ill health which required hospitalization.  He was last admitted to the hospital four days ago.
  Born in Southington, O., Jan. 20, 1895, he has lived in this area 45 years.  He was a member of the First Christian Church.
   A veteran of World War I, he belonged to several veterans' organizations including Post 1055, Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion Post 331 and the Disabled American Veterans.
   He leaves his wife, Bertha; a daughter, Mrs. Vernon Cady (Helen) of Ravenna; and a half-brother, Elmer Moyer, Warren.
  Services at the Charles E. Woolf Memorial Home, Ravenna, will be at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Kenneth Kindig officiating.  Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
   Friends will be received at the memorial home Monday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
