Information on Charles Dunlap
From Rootsweb.com post:
- Hi, My name is Cheri and I am researching the Dunlaps. I have a Charles Dunlap that came from Cumberland County, PA to Virginia about 9/27/1752-3. I don't have any other information on him. Charles witnessed a deed in 1753. I do have other VA information, however. I believe that Charles was the brother of James who came to Virginia with him. James was a lieutenant in Captain Hog's Company of Rangers, and was killed in 1758. James wife was Agnes.
