The findagrave site gives year of birth as 1614. Geni.com gives Birth between circa 1612 and circa 1624 in Breukelen, Utrecht, The Netherlands. Daughter of Daniel Van Der Werven and Lemmertje. All sources seem to be other family trees so no sources. Other places claim she was born in Brooklyn and married in Brasil. The only consistant fact is her parents are never recorded elsewhere as Pieter Van Der Werven and Elizabeth Unknown.
