My g-g-grandaunt Wilhelmina Potter (nee.Meisner) the widow of John Potter was visiting at the home of Carl and Bertha Bork at the time that the 1901 census was being taken. Carl Bork was a witness to Wilhelmina's marriage to John Potter in 1876. The census also mentions that Carl's mother Ernestina lived with them plus seven children.

The "a" in Bark may be an "o" despite appearances. The "o" in the relationship "son" is similar. He was enumerated as a farmer. Carl, his wife Bertha, mother Ernestine and aunt Mina(?) Potter were listed as German nationality.
