Burbank. - Caleb, b. in Rowley, 1 May 1671; son of Caleb and Martha (Smith) Burbank. Came to Boxford before 1711. His wife was Hannah, by whom he had ch. b. in Boxford: Timothy, Margaret, Asa, and David. He d. "very suddenly," 1 Feb. 1749-50, a. seventy-nine years.

Children of Caleb and Martha (Smith) Burbank: 18-10, Caleb3, b. 1 May, 1671; m. 2 Jan., 1693-4, Lydia Gardfield of Watertown. She died 3 March 1697-8. He m.(2) 31 Aug., 1698, Hannah Acy2-8. He died in Boxford 1 Feb. 1749-50. His will was proved 25 Jun 1750 (Essex Probate, 20:144). His widow Hannah died here 8 Jan., 1762, aged 81 years.
