Brutus A. Bourie

Brutus A. Bourie, son of Maria Ann Chaoton and John Baptiste Bourie, Sr, was born January 8, 1839S1. On April 24, 1861 Brutus served as a First Lt. in Company E, 55th Indiana Volunteer Infantry of the Union Army during the American Civil WarI1. Brutus married Mary E. ____ who is also buried in Catholic Cemetery in Fort WayneI3. Brutus died on April 19, 1900 and was buried in the Catholic Cemetery in Fort Wayne, Allen, IndianaI2,S!.
