BETTY LOU (ANDERSON) PICARD
Betty Lou (Anderson) Picard, 72, a resident of Ellsworth ,Wis., since 1983, formerly of St. Mary's Point died on Tuesday, July 18, 1995.
She was born on Dec. 5, 1922 in St. Paul. She graduated from Murray High School in 1940. She was employed by 3M Company from 1944-1949.
She married Lloyd Eugene Picard on July 27, 1947, in St. Paul.
She is a member of Ascension Episcopal Church and was a charter member of Nordmanns Forbundet, St. Paul Chapter.
Funeral services are planned for 11 a.m. Friday, July 21 at Ascension Episcol Church, 214 N. Third St. Stillwater, with interment at Fairview Cemetery, Stillwater.
Visitation will be from 5-8pm today, Thursday July 20, at Bradshaw Jones Funeral Homes, Stillwater, 439-5511.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Ascension Episcopal Church or to the American Cancer Society.

Betty Lou Marilyn Anderson Picard was born December 5, 1922 in Saint Paul, Minnesota the daughter of Harold Truman Anderson and Ethel Clarine Olsen.
Graduated from Murray High School St. Paul, Minnesota in 1940. She was employed by the 3M Company from 1944-1949.
Betty Lou married Lloyd Eugene Picard on July 27, 1946 and they were blessed with 5 children Jeffrey, Jill, Jonathan, Gregory, and Marilee.
They resided in Saint Paul until moving to Saint Mary's Point in 1948. Betty Lou died at her home in Ellsworth, Wisconsin where she had lived since 1983.
Betty Lou was a member of Ascension Episcopal Church and a charter member fo Nordmanns Forbundet, Saint Paul Chapter.
