She’s listed in the 1920 Social Register (NY) as Bertha Barber L. Vance (p 811).

She’s also listed in the 1924 DAR lineage book (p 69).

Member of the Women’s Christian Temperance Union

I can’t find her in the 1920 census, but in 1930, she’s in San Diego, living alone at 4928 Vista Avenue, a rental property.
