    Berniece (Lakin) Loughner, 82, of Jeannette, died Tuesday, June 17, 2003, in IHS of Greater Pittsburgh at Greensburg. Born June 5, 1921, in Trafford, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Estella (Roadman) Lakin. She was a member of Life Spring Christian Church in Greensburg and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla, Irwin Unit, receiving her 30-year service award. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard H. Loughner; two brothers, Melvin and Gerald Lakin; and a sister, Edith Zellers. She is survived by two sons, Richard K. and Gary L. Loughner, both of Greensburg; four grandchildren, Aaron Loughner, of Jeannette, Bryan J., Joshua and Toni Marie Loughner, all of Greensburg; and two sisters, Genevieve Lakin, of Butler, and Arvetta Ciampa, of Jeannette.
