From Darrell Jackson: "In the 1860 Campbell Co, TN census she is 22 and called Louisa and is married to Benjamin F. Mowell. (the last name was spelled Mowl in that census.) Undoubtedly, the F. is for Franklin. That is the name he uses in the 1860 census.

"Benjamin was a 'Galvanized Yankee". That is a confederate that deserted, or was captured and allowed to join the union army. He had joined Co E, 1st Battalion (Colms) Tennessee Infantry, CSA on 18 Mar 1863 at Knox Co, TN. He deserted 29 Jun 1863. Elizabeth Jackson's widows Civil War pension application verified that he had become a soldier for the union side. He was buried at the Chattanooga National Cemetery. He was a PVT and is buried in Section D, Grave #12626."
