DEATH: Probate Notice Marshall Statesman, State of Michigan, county of Calhoun. ss. At court of probate, held at the office of the Judge thereof, in the village of Marshall, in the county of Calhoun, aforesaid, on the 28th day of February, A.D. 1852; Present Horace A. Noyes, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estate of Benjamin S. Knight, late of the township of Newton, deceased. Upon reading and filing the petition duly verified, of Cyrenus B. Knight, praying for reasons therein set forth, that administration of said estate may be granted to Sarah Knight, the widow of said deceased and said Cyrenus B. Knight. There upon it is ordered, that the consideration of said petition be postponed until the 20th day of March next at 10 o'clock in the fore noon, at the Probate office in the village of Marshall, aforesaid at which time and place all persons interested are directed to appear, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of said petition should not be granted. And it is further ordered, that said petitioner cause a copy of this order to be published in the Marshall Statesman a newspaper printed and circulating in said county of Calhoun, for three weeks successively prior to the time of the hearing in the premises. 3x65 1
