The following bit of info is in several rootsweb charts, unknown researcher: "Before 1820 Benjamin and Nancy lived in Logan Co., Kentucky. They left Logan County in April 1836 and went to Morgan County, Missouri. Benjamin was a Baptist minister. He received his license in September 1814 in Logan County, Kentucky. When Benjamin and Nancy joined the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Morgan County, Missouri, in August, 1836, they stated that they came from Poplar Spring, Kentucky."
