Chapman, Benjamin - entered service 1777 in Baltimore County, Maryland, where born 7/13/1760 & moved in 1778 to Augusta County, Virginia, where he entered service in 1779; moved in 1797 to Washington County, Virginia, thence to Roane County, Tennessee in 1827 where granted Pension in 1832. R518.
