    On motion it is ordered that Richard Beane be apointed guardian of Elizabeth Maxwell Ann Maxwell apeared in open court they being over the age of fourteen years, voluntarely chose the said Richard their guardian and the said Beam was apointed guardian of William Maxwell and Margaret Jane Maxwell all minor heirs of Bazel Maxwell late of Jackson County deceased, and that he give bond conditions according to law and take an oath as such guardian.
